In recent decades, many on screen female characters have been trapped in limiting archetypes – and we have collectively inherited a prototype female, entrenched in the beauty myth – that is considered normal. This seminar challenges this trend and looks at building multi-dimensional female characters through solutions, tools and taking a few tips from 1940’s screen sirens – when ordinary women became extraordinary.
